It's super easy to do! Details are in the captions along with photos!!

有沒有人想知道紙膠帶怎麼做出羽毛的呢？
很簡單的唷！兩分鐘就完成囉～動手做做看！
做完可以當作卡片的裝飾，
或者是貼在筆記本裡面，好可愛好加分～：）

First, decide what kind of washi tapes and color strings you wanna use. 

It will be better if you have a thin metal wire as well.

先準備好你想用的紙膠帶，和一條繩，或者有一根細鐵絲更好。

Stick the washi tape on one side of the string or metal wire.

把紙膠帶黏一邊在繩子或鐵絲上。

Continue sticking wash tape on the other side of string or metal wire.
另一面，再黏上紙膠帶。

Cut four corners like this curve. 
將長方形的四個角，剪成這個弧度。

Finish another side!
剪完的一邊會是這個樣子。把另一邊也完成吧！：）

Seperate the whiskers with your fingers! 
兩邊剪完後，再動動妳的手指頭把鬚鬚撥一撥，就是美麗的羽毛了呢！
